Black-chinned Hummingbird Female Feeding Nestlings

Black-chinned Hummingbirds occur in much of the western half of the U.S. The young are fed a mixture of nectar and small arthropods, mostly insects. The female regurgitates the mixture into the mouths of the young. This video clip was taken at Ash Canyon B&B in the Huachuca Mountains of Arizona. The video will start playing automatically after a brief download.
